The covenants that apply to each home in Cross Gates are  posted online for your use.  From the menu at the top of the CGHOA website hover your mouse over "Covenants" and select "CGHOA Covenants" from the dropdown menu.

Once on the Covenants page then open or download the PDF or Excel index to find which version of the 21 slightly different versions of the covenants applies to your home.
