Here are the three ways to join or renew your membership in your homeowner's association:
1. Cross Gates Homeowner's Association online membership application form on the home page of this website is for new membership only. New membership includes residents that have not been CGHOA members after 2016. Please enter your prefered email address into the box just below the membership text. You may either pay for membership online (using credit card for $79) or mail a check for at least $75 to the PO Box address below.
2. Current members should log in at (www.crossgateshoa.org) with your username (email address) in the Login box in the upper left corner of the webpage and your password then click the renewal link at the bottom of the home page. If you can't remember, or never set a password, please click the "forgot password" link in the Login box and an email to reset or select your password will be emailed to you.
If you don't remember what email address you used to log in, please send an email to cghoa@juno.com with your name, Cross Gates street address, and your email address to receive your password reset email. You may either pay for membership online (using PayPal for $78) or mail a check for at least $75 to the PO Box address below.
3. If you prefer to mail a check for membership payment (minimum $75 per year) please mail your check to:

Please be sure to include your Cross Gates address, if the address on your check does not have that address, your telephone number, and the names of the adults in your household. Or you may download and print the application form from our website membership page.
To verify or limit what information about you will display in the CGHOA online member directory (viewing the directory is limited to logged in members only), log into the CGHOA website and click on your name in the upper left corner of the website homepage and then click on "View Profile" and then click on on "Privacy" and "Edit" to view and edit what data about you can be seen by others. Your email address and secondary/cell phone are always set to not display. But if you list your cell phone as your home/primary number that is displayed unless you set your home phone number to "No access" and click "Save".
