The membership voted to add a Beautification Donation of $25 to the membership application. And we also added the ability for members to make an additional donation at the time of paying for membership if desired.

Our website now has the ability to process online membership payments if you would prefer to pay by credit card, debit card, or direct draft from your bank account.

But just like OMV, we add a $4 convenience fee to cover the credit card fees. The convenience fee makes the $75 annual membership $79 when paid online.

If you prefer to continue to pay by check, just mail the check for $75 (or more if you wish to make an additional donation) to:

Your Cross Gates Homeowner's Association (CGHOA) annual membership for 2020-2021 has expired and it is time to join or renew your membership for the new year. CGHOA membership is $75 annually per home (or $79 if paid by credit card von our website).

Payment can be made by mailing the membership form enclosed in the recent newsletter along with your check to:

Voting on CGHOA ByLaws changes.

Based on questions the HOA has received, we would like to issue this clarification.

As a tax exempt, nonprofit organization, the Cross Gates Homeowner's Assoc, has not, is not, and will not endorse or oppose any candidate for election. Anyone saying or implying that the HOA is supporting any candidate is not correctly communicating our position.

Any homeowner is free to endorse any candidate for election, but does so for themselves and not on behalf of the CGHOA.

Due to technical issues, the election for the HOA Officers and Board Members was not able to be held during the last membership meeting.  So a specially called membership meeting will be held at St Luke Church, Room 3 at 7:30 PM on Friday, June 28, 2019.

Nominations for all positions will be taken from the floor before the vote is taken.  Participation by new residents is strongly encouraged to bring new ideas to your Board of Directors!
